My husband and I are currently remodeling a house and getting a softener was top priority.  I spent weeks looking for the best prices, service and product, I searched reviews and feedback.  I called CTWS and was immediately sold!  Customer service, promptness and clear expectations is what I needed.  We scheduled a day for the appointment, walked the property/house, scheduled the install and everything went smoothly.  I waited several months before posting this review to make sure that everything was smooth.  Thank you Derek and Pam, I would give you more stars for your google rating if we could!
