We offer filters for Commercial applications and point of use (refrigerator filters, Ice makers, specific equipment). The correct filter to fix the problem in your water.

All systems are available in single, duplex, triplex, and quadplex operation. Each system can be expanded 4 times (up to 16 tanks). Each system has a different purpose.

1) ACTIVATED CARBON (CW AC FILTER) For the reduction of tastes and odors from municipal and industrial water supplies. The media is manufactured from select grades of coconut shell coal to produce a high-density, durable granular product capable of withstanding the abrasion and dynamics associated with repeated hydraulic transport, backwashing, and mechanical handling. The media has an exceptionally high internal surface area with optimum pore size for the adsorption of a broad range of low molecular weight organic contaminants and oxidizing agents like chlorine, chloramine, and ozone.

2) BIRM (CW BF FILTER) For the reduction of dissolved iron and manganese compounds. The Birm media is not consumed in the iron removal operation resulting in a low attrition loss. It has a wide temperature performance range and extremely high removal efficiency. The media does not require chemicals for regeneration and only periodic backwashing is required.

3) CHEM FREE (CW CF FILTER) Removes dissolved, precipitated, and bacterial iron from the water supply with no chemicals added to the water supply or the filter.

4) GREENSAND (CW MG FILTER) For the oxidation and removal of iron, manganese, and hydrogen sulfide. Provides filtration level of 30 micron. Requires a potassium permanganate, chlorine, or other strong oxidant injection assembly to assist the oxidative capacity of the filter media.

5) MULTI-MEDIA (CW MM FILTER) For removal of sediment, dirt, and other forms of suspended matter. Provides particle filtration down to 10 micron with increased service flow rate per square foot bed area over traditional sand media filters. Media has excellent chemical properties—high silica content and low soluble calcium, magnesium, and iron compounds.

6) NEUTRALZING (CW NZ FILTER) Raise the pH of acidic water to neutralize corrosiveness and protect fixtures, pipes, and appliances.

7) NEXTSAND (CW NX FILTER) Remove suspended solids, ferric hydroxide (red water iron) or sediment from your well or water system down to 5 microns. Nexsand has proven extremely effective and will provide double the service flow rates of Multi-Media or Sand Filters.

These filters have the lowest Capital Expense, Operating Expense and Maintenance Expense Costs, with an average of 16-20 month ROI.
