I received quotes from multiple Water Softener companies and chose this company because of their clear communication, cost, and my overall gut feeling. Once I signed the paperwork, they worked quickly and efficiently, communicating along the way. They even went an extra step and helped to install my new kitchen faucet while installing my reverse osmosis system. I truly enjoyed my experience with something I thought would be a major headache. Just had my system installed today and I am more than happy with the experience I've had with this locally owned company. Weston was great when he came out to assess my home. I appreciated that he wanted to see what he was working with before providing a quote to ensure no surprise charges once work started. He provided all the information I needed up front (pricing, warranty info, anticipated maintenance schedule) and was available to answer more questions that came up after our initial meeting. Weston and Gonzalo installed my unit and were very friendly and courteous. They took time to thoroughly explain the ins and outs of the water system and answered all of my questions before leaving. My system is only a couple hours old, but I anticipate I will be in good hands should any issues or maintenance needs arise.

Weston and team traveled 1.5 hours to install my softener and did a great job! We had tons of chemicals in our water and the system was able to get rid of all those and give us good soft water! Definitely recommend!

The original company that installed our unit went out of business and I found out about Central Texas Water Softeners- they are excellent and would highly recommend them to anyone.
