AIO (Air Induction Oxidization) – Series Chemical Free Iron Filter:
The AIO is an effective and economical way to remove iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide without the use of messy and dangerous chemicals or expensive pumps or an external venturi. The AIO valve creates a large air bubble in the upper portion of the tank to allow oxidation to precipitates, the special media increases pH and acts as a physical barrier to trap iron. The system will automatically regenerate as needed.
There are four (4) different types of media AIO, AIOB, AIOC and AIOM depending on the water problem.
